Management in Life
down the stream
incessantly
without intermission
it may never know
but where does it come from
where it flows to
it has a purpose
Life is a continuum
just like water
with a purpose
that each one of us
may or may not know
But He said,
"Let us
make man in our image,
in our likeness,
and let them
rule over
the fish of the sea
and the birds of the air,
over the livestock,
over all the earth,
and over all the creatures
that move along the fround."

to socialize with classmates, in a virtue world, of course. Second, if everyone utilize the blog efficietly, it would be very interesting. Students can post whatever they think, their feelings, opinion about our class, our classmates, and even our professor, and the problems they encounter during the semester, students can have all of these posted online and share with others.
One thing I suggest is, I had a hard time looking for what our professor's blog address. This problem was not solved until I emailed my classmates and asked what it was. I do suggest professor to have his blog address readily available on BB. Also, since everyone is writing and replying each other's blog, I do think that our professor need to reply on everyone's blog, at least once per student.

My Leadership Style
I perceive myself a good listener, I tend to listen for important points and key detail, preconditioned I need to understand what is been talked about. I think really a lot, and is sensitive to things going on, I analyze them, despite I am not sure whether I am a good analyst or not.
I don't always use a systematic approach to situation and activities, something I would like to improvise, doing things the way I like. I am not good at diplomatic skills.
Above been said, I would like to be a C type, though. I know to change a personality is difficult, but I think it is possible. Al though this test did not fit me personally, I do think it works for many others.

My Goals
2-Improve my Englsih (Speaking and Listening)
3-Find out my major, and get a job that relates to my major
1: One of the problem within my family is lack of communication. In fact, I rarely talk to my parents. My mother often talks to me, but not communicates with me. Mostly she just starts out talking to me and tells me what is good what is bad, what to do and what not to do, taking me as a child. My silence seems to be OK with her. I try to express my mind and she doesn't seem to care. She just goes on talking, and sometimes feels hurt if I say something back to her, so I stop.
But I will continue working on it, even so I feel it will take years and may not succeed.
2: I have been learning English for about 7 years. My problems are lack of speaking, and listening with attention. I do not have a close friend who speaks English very well. But that could be an excuse. I must put myself in a situation that I have to speak in English in order to communicate and perform daily tasks. I seldom watch TV and movies, not to mention whether they are in English. I need to speak and listen, with attention.
3:My major is Finance and Investment. I am taking Principles of Finance this semester. I don't feel I like it or dislike it. All I know is I'm taking it, and I have been spending least time on this course. I'm planning to go to a Major Fair later in this semester. My job after my graduate? Not that I am optimistic, but I don't worry as much now.

Handling Conflict?
Going through the definitions of the five processes, frankly, each of them didn't fit very well to me. because t didn't matter to me if the final decision were curving or dropping, as long as we came to a consensus in the end. For I well know that if we couldn't get unanimous consensus, we would just blew the opportunity. So I was willing to go alone with the majority disregarding whether it would be the best for me. (Surprisingly, we made it with both curving and dropping)(how many of you were like me?)
If I were the leader in a situation like this, I would do pretty much do the same like what it had been going, the reason can be simply that, we made it. It could serve a good example/model for me to follow.(Isn't it that in our life we look forward to people who succeed and try to learn their ways and hope to become successful? So we made it, why not in this case?)
The only thing I would do differently, since I am now looking back for what had happened, I would, in the beginning, to educate and let every voter be well-informed, about the nature of our situation, that is, we MUST get 100% votes if we were to have anything done. I would ask the voters, for any of you who would like to disengage because you are not interested, you may delegate your vote to anyone who is interested. If anyone would not vote because the nature of the vote is against your ethics, ask the professor if he can count you out, so that whatever the result would be, it wouldn't hurt your ethics, because you did not participate in the process.

An Eggs-cellent Way to Plan
First of all, good job guys, I didn't think we could make it ;P
Our team spent whole lots of time on determining which would be the best way to "take good care" of the naughty, fragile egg. We defined our objective, and developed a tactical plan to achieve it. The problem was we did not come up with an alternative plan, due to time contrain, we decided to try the plan we agreed and give it a shot. The biggest problem I felt we had was labor division. After we thought of the plan, we were executing it out, there's only one guy doing it in the very beginning. not until the last 4 mins, everyone began to work as a team, one connects and cuts the straws on the rare end, one cuts the type, one holds the egg, one fasten the straws with the type onto the egg. We pretty much used the available resource efficiently.
Although we suceeded in "taking good care" of the egg, we could have done it better if the used all available labors in the beginning.

My Management Problem
My problem is how to manage my spare time, especially when I am at home. Supposedly, as a student, a third year college student who is taking six courses in a semester, is to spend a considerable amount of time doing his/her academic work. Not me. The fact is, I do most readings on the train, and some in the library. I find it really difficult to spend time on reading or writing when I am at home, even I have nothing to do. When I am at home, most of the time I stick around with the computer, checking emails, viewing and paying financial accounts, reading news, etc, and of course, browsing deal discount websites, and shopping. Doing these could easily take me more than two hours a day. I just can’t calm my mind to get myself into readings. Also, my part time job pretty much takes away my weekends, coming back from work around 11, I feel just flat out, hardly have any ‘appetite’ to ‘digest’ schoolwork.
